30+ Behaviors That Are Only Acceptable in the U.S. According to Non-Americans

I guess this really is something normal for Americans, because if someone asked for a tour of my house, I wouldn’t even bat an eye; I would give it to them and not think the situation had been weird at all. And I know that America isn’t the only country that does this. But apparently, some other cultures don’t like it.

If someone was unhappy and upset about me asking to tour their house, especially if we were in America at the time, I would assume that they had something to hide, given what a normal request that is in US culture. I suspect the person who wrote this has an entire bedroom decorated like one of the underwater levels on Mario. Actually, that would be amazing. I’d want to see that room.
